Presidential Equestrian Show Jumping Cup

Ankara will host the Presidential Equestrian Show Jumping Cup on October 2–4, 2026, bringing athletes from different provinces of Türkiye together at the Ankara Equestrian Sports Club. Organized by the Turkish Equestrian Federation under the auspices of the Presidency, the event will create a national competition platform for one of the country’s established equestrian disciplines.

The cup is planned to welcome nearly 300 athletes across different age groups. Competitions will take place on courses built within a 4,000-square-meter arena, with different obstacle categories designed to test timing, control, focus, and technical accuracy. The event will also aim to increase the visibility of equestrian sport, encourage young people to engage with sport, and support awareness around discipline, responsibility, nature, and animal care.

As a capital-city event, the Presidential Equestrian Show Jumping Cup will offer visitors a focused sports weekend in Ankara. Between competition sessions, guests can add meaningful city stops such as Anıtkabir, Atakule, Hamamönü, or Eymir Lake to their program. Even if you are not a regular follower of equestrian events, this cup will offer a chance to experience a national competition atmosphere shaped by precision, concentration, and the ceremonial character of a presidential sports event.
