26th International Fethiye Ölüdeniz Air Games

Fethiye will turn the sky above Ölüdeniz into a festival stage on October 21–25, 2026, as the 26th International Fethiye Ölüdeniz Air Games brings air sports, acrobatic displays, color, music, and coastal energy together between Babadağ and Belcekız Beach. Known as one of the world’s most iconic paragliding destinations, Ölüdeniz will offer a rare setting where turquoise water, mountain takeoffs, and hundreds of colorful wings become part of the same view.

The heart of the event will be the flight line from Babadağ down toward the beach. Throughout the festival, visitors will be able to watch paragliders, tandem flights, solo pilots, acrobatic shows, and air sports performances fill the sky above the lagoon. Depending on weather and flight conditions, Babadağ’s different takeoff points will create a constantly changing rhythm: one moment a pilot will launch from the mountain, the next a canopy will glide over the beach, and another will turn the sky into a photo-worthy scene.

This will be one of the most spectator-friendly events on the sports tourism calendar. You do not need technical knowledge to enjoy it. A walk along Belcekız Beach, a seat at a seaside cafe, or a sunset view over Ölüdeniz will be enough to feel the festival. Beyond the event, visitors can extend the trip with the Blue Lagoon, Kayaköy, the Lycian Way, Butterfly Valley, boat trips, fresh seafood, local gözleme (Anatolian stuffed flatbread), and long Aegean-Mediterranean evenings. Even if you never leave the ground, you will still want to be here—because the Ölüdeniz Air Games will turn Fethiye into a five-day sky festival where mountain, sea, color, adrenaline, and the magic of watching flight come together.
